Billy Daly - Owner
- Founder & Director: Billy Daly, with over 35 years of experience in steel fixing and formwork for civil and commercial projects
- Early Experience: Began in 1994 in his father’s family-run steel fixing company in Ireland, gaining practical skills and industry knowledge
- Career in Australia: Worked as a supervisor and leading hand for major steel and concrete reinforcement companies, including CRS and P&T Formwork
- Establishment of JD Reinforcement: Founded in 2016, named in honour of his father’s company, Jack Daly Reinforcement, continuing the family tradition of expertise and quality workmanship
- Hands-On Leadership: Manages multiple sites while remaining actively involved on the ground
- Support Team: Backed by a dedicated team of steel fixers, superintendents, and administrative staff, ensuring smooth project delivery across locations

Jodie "The Beast" McCarthy
At 18, Jodie is a standout talent in the world of mixed martial arts. Training since the age of five, she competes in Muay Thai, K1, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, and Wrestling. Originally from Cork City, she has earned numerous titles across disciplines and holds four stadium championships from competing in pro Muay Thai in Thailand.
Her explosive style and work ethic have gained international recognition UFC President Dana White invited her to tour the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas at just 11 years old. Today, she commands a social media following of over 46,000, with some of her fights drawing more than 2 million views.
